YKFlex, previously known as Yellowknife Accessible Transit System (YATS), provides door-to-door service for registered users who are unable to board, ride, or disembark the fixed route transit system with safety and dignity due to a temporary or permanent physical or functional disability.

Residents can access YKFlex by filling out an application form, having it signed by a health care professional and returning it to the NWT Disabilities Council:
