The Municipal Enforcement Division is responsible for the enforcement and administration of the Dog By-law, within the City of Yellowknife.
The Dog By-law deals with dog ownership, control, cruelty, distress and licensing requirements. Municipal Enforcement Officers are trained and equipped to deal with any sort of complaint or call involving dogs.
Call (867) 920-2737 for any complaints about dogs and a Municipal Enforcement Officer will follow up.
