The City of Yellowknife is now accepting applications from eligible organizations for Super Bingo 2025, scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 5, 2025. Super Bingo refers to any licensed bingo event with prize payouts exceeding $50,000 and not more than $100,000.

Eligible religious and charitable organizations are encouraged to apply by submitting a formal letter of interest and a completed Bingo Application Form with supporting documents by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Applications may be submitted by mail, email (lotteries@yellowknife.ca), or in person to:

There is no application fee, and the successful organization will be selected by public draw on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the Council Chamber. All applicants will be notified via email, followed by an official letter. A licence fee of $5,050.00 must be paid before a licence number can be issued. This number is required for all tickets and advertisements. The organization awarded a Super Bingo licence will not be eligible to apply again for a period of three years.
