Back to SearchThe City of Yellowknife invites residents to join us in celebrating the Ruth Inch Memorial Pool (RIMP) with a series of themed swimming sessions leading up to its closure this Spring. We’re excited to announce a weekly lineup of events, each featuring a unique theme. These family-friendly celebrations offer a chance to create lasting memories and say goodbye to RIMP in style.
Event Details and Admission Fees:
- Week One: Saturday, March 22, 2025 – Pool Party Theme with DJ Glad Its Night
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Admission: Free - Week Two: Saturday, March 29, 2025 – Under the Sea Theme
3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Admission: $2 per person - Week Three: Saturday, April 5, 2025 – Luau Theme
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Admission: $5 per family - Week Four: Saturday, April 12, 2025 – Superhero Theme
3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Admission: $2 per person
We invite all residents to join us for these fun-filled swims. Further updates on the RIMP closure date and the opening of the new Aquatic Centre this Spring will be shared with the public in the coming weeks through our City of Yellowknife website and social media channels.
