Notice of Intention to Open Roads

Pursuant to Section 88 of the Cities, Towns and Villages Act, S.N.W.T. 2003, c.22, notice is hereby given of the intention of the City of Yellowknife to pass a by-law to open and name roads within Phase 2 of the Engle Business District as Eagle Drive (extension) and Goshawk Road.

The Council of the City of Yellowknife will hear any person claiming to be affected by the by-law who wishes to be heard at seven o’clock in the evening (7:00 P.M.) on Monday, July 24, 2023 in the City Hall Council Chamber.

Any person wishing to make a verbal submission at the meeting is asked to contact the Office of the City Clerk at 920-5646 before 12:00 noon on Monday, July 24, 2023.
