Back to SearchThe City of Yellowknife is pleased to announce the launch of a new registration system for City programs and facility bookings. This new system will be up and running for winter program registration on December 3, 2024.
Residents can enroll for all City programs, including recreation, aquatic, art, and culture programs, as well as make City facility bookings using this new system. Acting as a one-stop registration shop, this system allows residents to more easily and efficiently sign up to get involved with the City.
In addition to a user-friendly interface, this new registration system is built with increased processing capacity, which will help to reduce system-related delays on busy registration dates.

Important dates to remember:
- October 17, 2024 – Residents can create an account for the new registration system. Those who create their account between October 17, 2024 and November 15, 2024 will be entered in a draw to win a Flexi Pass for free access to City facilities.
- November 20, 2024 – 2025 winter programs will be available for viewing on the new system.
- December 3, 2024 – 2025 winter program registration opens.
