Back to SearchOn Thursday, May 4, 2023, the City of Yellowknife will hold a ballot draw for two lots of land in the Grace Lake South Residential Subdivisions.
The City holds ballot draws to ensure potential purchasers have a fair chance at obtaining developable residential parcels. This sale of two residential lots in the Grace Lake South subdivision will provide opportunities for residential development. The two plots are Lots 22 & 23, Block 569, Plan 4690 (130 & 127 Braden Blvd).
The ballot draw will take place on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
A $1,000 refundable deposit is required to enter the ballot registration. Ballot forms and ballot draw procedures are available online or at the Customer Service Desk at City Hall.

Both the deposit and ballot registration are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday April 28, 2023 at City Hall.
