The Human Resource and Compensation Committee (HRCC) provides recommendations to Council regarding: matters related to the City Manager, including Recruitment and hiring in the event of a vacancy or planned departure, annual performance evaluation, compensation and performance management matters as directed by Council. The Committee may also provide recommendations related to the termination of the City Manager where required.
The HRCC consists of the Mayor, as an ex officio member, and two Councillors appointed by Council. Council established the Human Resource and Compensation Committee (HRCC) and adopted its Terms of Reference on March 11, 2024.
