A by-law to amend Fees and Charges By-law No. 4436, as amended, by amending Part 17 of Schedule B to reflect Solid Waste Management User Fee changes approved in Budget 2021; and Part 12 to reflect administrative corrections to Recreation and Parks Related Fees.
