A by-law to amend Zoning By-law No. 4404 by amending the definition of "Dog Daycare" to allow indoor overnight boarding; and to permit an Animal Service use - Dog Daycare as a conditionally permitted use in the Kam Lake Residential Overlay zone at Lot 53, Block 503, Plan 2229 (138 Curry Drive).
