Long term lease agreement with Northlands Community Garden Society

A by-law authorizing the City of Yellowknife to enter into a long term lease agreement (10 years) with the Northlands Community Garden Society for a portion of the lands described as Head Lease No. 18031T, as identified in Schedule “A” of By-law No. 4742
