A by-law authorizing the City to enter into an Encroachment Agreement with 994552 N.W.T. Ltd., for an existing wheelchair ramp on the Chateau Nova Suites building, located at Lot 47, Block 70, Plan 3795 (#4308 – 50 Avenue).
