Easement Agreement By-law

A by-law authorizing the City to enter into easement agreements with Northland Utilities (Yellowknife) Ltd. for portions of Lot 1096, Quad 85J/8, Plan 3944 and Lot 5, Block 301, Plan 2631 (both adjacent the south end of Niven Lake).
