Amendment to Livery Licence By-law No. 3653

A by-law to amend Livery Licence By-law No. 3653 by increasing the flag rate in Schedule "B" from $2.75 to $3.25, and by increasing the meter rate from $0.10 for each additional 75 metres to $0.10 for each additional 70 metres.
