A by-law authorizing the City of Yellowknife to sublease a parcel of land more particularly described as all that portion of Parcel A, Lot Thirty-three (33) in Group 964 in the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, according to a plan of survey filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories under number 195.
