A by-law of the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, to designate the site known as the Back Bay Cemetery located on unsurveyed Commissioner's Land as a Heritage Site of historic and architectural value of interest and worthy of protection as a heritage resource.
