Tourist Accommodation Tax Payment Period Opens October 1-31 For Summer Quarter

The City reminds all tourist accommodation providers that the next tourist accommodation tax payment period will run from October 1 to October 31, 2025. This applies to all stays of less than 30 consecutive days that occurred between July 1 and September 30, 2025.
All tourist accommodation providers, including short-term rental hosts who use platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or manage their own bookings, are required to collect and remit the 4% levy on applicable bookings.
