The Mayor receives requests for various items including donations, flag raisings, letters confirming residency and letters of support. Certain criteria are required to fulfill these requests. If you wish to make a request to the Office of the Mayor, please follow the appropriate guidelines outlined below.

For further details, please refer to the Flags and Proclamations Policy effective January 11, 2021. * Please allow for a minimum of 10 business days to process requests for flag raisings. ** Please note that flag raising requests will be considered on a first-come, first served basis. An individual or organization does not have exclusive rights to the day, week or month of their request. Flag raising requests must be made on an annual basis.

Letters of support should be drafted by the organization requesting support, as this helps ensure accomplishments and goals are appropriately represented.
